ORDER

Maurice B. Foley Chief Judge

In accordance with the Court's Order served June 3, 2021, petitioners filed a First Amended Petition on June 14, 2021. In view of the fact that certain documents attached thereto appear to be in the nature of evidence, we will advise petitioners that such documents have not been received into evidence by the Court.

On August 19, 2021, respondent filed an Answer. Therein, respondent responds to the allegations in the petition in this case. As petitioners have now filed a First Amended Petition, as directed by the Court, we will direct respondent to file an Answer thereto.

The foregoing considered, it is

ORDERED that, on or before October 22, 2021, respondent shall file an Answer to petitioners' First Amended Petition.
