Action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by the named plaintiff as a result of a dog bite, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Hartford-New Britain at New Britain, where the defendant filed a counterclaim; thereafter, the matter was tried to the court, Goldberg, J.; judgment for the plaintiffs, from which the defendant appealed to this court. Affirmed.
