Bass v. State

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Fourth District
Nov 3, 1993
625 So. 2d 1316 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1993)

Opinion

No. 93-1130.

November 3, 1993.

Appeal from the Circuit Court for Broward County; Susan Lebow, Judge.

Richard L. Jorandby, Public Defender, and Cherry Grant, Asst. Public Defender, West Palm Beach, for appellant.

Robert A. Butterworth, Atty. Gen., Tallahassee, and Joan Fowler, Asst. Atty. Gen., West Palm Beach, for appellee.

We affirm the appellant's judgments of conviction following a voluntary plea of guilty.

However, this cause is remanded to correct clerical errors in the judgments of conviction to reflect a twenty year sentence was imposed for Count II, armed kidnapping; and a twelve year sentence, followed by five years probation, for Count I, attempted murder.

STONE and WARNER, JJ., concur.
