Action for specific performance of an agreement to sell certain real property, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Hartford-New Britain at Hartford, where the court, A. Aronson, J., denied the defendant's motion to dissolve the lis pendens filed against the property, and the defendant appealed to this court. No error.
