We review a trial court's ruling on a motion to set aside an MSA under an abuse-of-discretion standard. Bass v. Bass, No. 05-16-00344-CV, 2017 WL 2443128, at *2 (Tex. App.—Dallas June 5, 2017, no pet.) (mem. op.). A trial court abuses its discretion if it acts unreasonably or in an arbitrary manner or without reference to any guiding rules or principles.
