Order so far as appealed from reversed with ten dollars costs and disbursements and motion granted, without costs. All concur. (The portion of the order appealed from denies defendants' motion for a bill of particulars requiring plaintiff to specify the name and address of the purchaser described in the complaint, in an action to recover the agreed price and reasonable value of commissions due plaintiff for procuring a purchaser for realty.)
