ORDER

M. CASEY RODGERS UNITED STATES DISTRICT JUDGE

This cause comes on for consideration upon the magistrate judge's Report and Recommendation dated June 29, 2021, ECF No. 2, which recommends this case be dismissed sua sponte and without prejudice for Plaintiff's failure to comply with this Court's Local Rules. Plaintiff was furnished with a copy of the Report and Recommendation and afforded an opportunity to file objections pursuant to Title 28, United States Code, Section 636(b)(1). I have made a de novo determination of all timely filed objections.

Having considered the Report and Recommendation and any duly filed objections, I have determined that the Report and Recommendation should be adopted.

Accordingly, it is now ORDERED as follows:

(1) The Magistrate Judge's Report and Recommendation, ECF No. 2, is adopted and incorporated by reference in this Order.

(2) This case is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE for Plaintiff's failure to comply with this Court's Local Rules.

(3) The Clerk is directed to close the file.
