Action for judgment declaring that certain moneys on deposit belonged to plaintiffs and for a direction that they be turned over to them. Judgment dismissing the complaint, granting judgment on respondent's counterclaim, and directing the treasurer of the City of New York to pay the moneys on deposit to the respondent, unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion.
