STIPULATION AND ORDER TO EXTEND TIME TO RESPOND TO DEFENDANTS WALLACE ENTERPRISES LLC and MARVIN WALLACE'S MOTION TO DISMISS PLAINTIFFS' COMPLAINT (DOC No. 24)
Plaintiffs and Defendants, by and through their respective counsel, hereby stipulate and agree to extend the time for plaintiffs' to file their opposition to defendants Wallace Enterprises LLC and Marvin Wallace' motion to dismiss plaintiffs' complaint (doc 24). The parties anticipate working to address the issues raised in the doc. 24 motion to dismiss and to cooperatively resolve the same. Accordingly, the parties, by and through their respective counsel, hereby stipulate that the time to file plaintiffs' opposition to Wallace Enterprises LLC and Marvin Wallace's motion to dismiss plaintiffs' complaint (doc 24) shall be extended until August 10, 2023. This extension is not sought for the purposes of delay.
