STIPULATION AND ORDER RE: FILING OF DEFENDANT'S ANSWER


STIPULATION

The parties to this action, through counsel, stipulate that the time for defendant to answer or otherwise respond to the First Amended Complaint is continued until June 5, 2003, an extension of twenty (20) days from the current due date of May 16, 2003, based on ongoing settlement negotiations between the parties.

ORDER

Based on the Stipulation of the parties and for good cause appearing, the Court hereby adopts the Stipulation and orders as follows: The defendant shall respond to the First Amended Complaint by June 5, 2003.
