ORDER GRANTING MOTION AND DISMISSING APPEAL

This is an appeal from a district court order denying a postconviction petition for a writ of habeas corpus. Second Judicial District Court, Washoe County; Brent T. Adams, Judge. Appellant has filed a motion to voluntarily dismiss this appeal. In the motion, counsel represents that appellant asked her to dismiss this appeal and she explained to appellant that a dismissal would be a final resolution of the appeal; in response, appellant again directed counsel to dismiss the appeal. Cause appearing, the motion is granted, and we
