This case was calendared for trial at the Court's Washington, D.C., May 9, 2022,trial session, and by Order dated February 17, 2022, docket entry 22, the Court granted petitioner's Motion to Proceed Remotely and set this case on the Court's May 9, 2022, remote trial session. On April 8, 2022, docket entry 23, respondent filed a Motion for Continuance which the Court granted by Order dated April 19, 2022, docket entry 25.
By Order dated July 17, 2023, docket entry 48, this case was calendared for trial for a second time at the Court's December 4, 2023, Standalone remote trial session, and this Division of the Court, by Order dated November 17, 2023, docket entry 74, continued this case and retained jurisdiction.
On August 30, 2023, docket entry 58, the parties filed a First Stipulation of Facts, consisting of paragraphs 1 through 22, with attached Exhibits 1-R through 20-P; on October 16, 2023, docket entry 61, the parties filed a First Supplemental Stipulation of Facts, consisting of paragraphs 23 through 30; and on November 16, 2023,docket entry 69, the parties filed a Second Supplemental First Stipulation of Facts, consisting of paragraphs 31 through 55.
On January 12, 2024, docket entry 76, respondent filed a Status Report; and on January 16, 2024, docket entry 77, petitioner filed a Status Report. After due consideration, it is
ORDERED that, on or before June 28, 2024, the parties shall file with the Court a status report (jointly, if possible, otherwise separately) detailing the then-present status of this case.
As this case has been continued twice, the Court expects the parties to be prepared for trial.
