This case was calendared for trial during the Court's May 9, 2022, Washington, D.C., trial session. On April 8, 2022, respondent filed a Motion for Continuance of Trial (Doc. 23). On April 14, 2022, the Court held a conference call with the parties to discuss the current status of the case and respondent's pending motion. Petitioner represented that he did not object to the granting of the motion. By Order served April 19, 2022, among other things, respondent's Motion for Continuance of Trial was granted and this case was stricken from the Court's May 9, 2022, Washington, D.C., trial session.

On November 10, 2022, the parties filed a Joint Status Report (Doc. 35) requesting additional time to review documents received from petitioner. Upon due consideration, and as agreed to by the parties, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before January 27, 2023, the parties shall file a joint report with the Court (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case.
