ORDER
Emin Toro, Judge.
This case was calendared for trial during the Court's May 9, 2022, Washington, D.C., trial session. On April 8, 2022, respondent filed a Motion for Continuance of Trial (Doc. 23). On April 14, 2022, the Court held a conference call with the parties to discuss the current status of the case and respondent's pending motion. Petitioner represented that he did not object to the granting of the motion. By Order served April 19, 2022, respondent's Motion for Continuance of Trial was granted and this case was stricken from the Court's May 9, 2022, Washington, D.C., trial session. By the same Order, the parties were directed to file on or before July 8, 2022, either a joint report describing the status of the case or a stipulated decision document.
On June 29, 2022, respondent filed a Status Report (Doc. 26) requesting additional time to resolve this case or narrow the scope of any remaining disputed issues. On June 30, 2022, petitioner filed a Status Report (Doc. 27) informing the Court that petitioner is prepared to move for summary judgment or set this matter for trial. By Order served July 11, 2022, the parties were directed to file on or before August 8, 2022, a status report describing the status of the case and recommending future proceedings.
On August 8, 2022, the parties filed a Joint Status Report (Doc. 29) requesting additional time to determine the location of any substantiation documents that petitioner asserts are within the custody of a third party. By Order served August 10, 2022, the parties were directed to file on or before September 6, 2022, a joint report describing the status of the case and recommending future proceedings.
On September 6, 2022, petitioner filed a Status Report (Doc. 32). Also on September 6, 2022, respondent filed a Status Report (Doc. 33). On September 13, 2022, the Court held a conference call with the parties to discuss the current status of the case. To allow respondent time to review the additional materials received, the Court will order a further status report.
Upon due consideration, and as agreed to by the parties, it is hereby
ORDERED that, on or before November 14, 2022, the parties shall file a joint report with the Court (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case.
