ORDER

Maurice B. Foley Chief Judge

On December 4, 2020, petitioner filed the petition to commence this case in which, among other things, petitioner seeks relief from joint and several liability (innocent spouse relief) with respect to joint notices of deficiency issued to petitioner and her husband, Craig N. Bash, for their 2012, 2013, 2014, and 2016 tax years. On August 16, 2021, Craig N. Bash filed a notice of intervention in this case.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the caption in this case is amended to read: "Margaret C. Bash, Petitioner and Craig N. Bash, Intervenor v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue, Respondent".
