Order in so far as it denies the motion to cancel the sale in a foreclosure action and fixes the amount of the deficiency judgment at $70,936.28 affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Lazansky, P.J., Young, Carswell, Scudder and Tompkins, JJ., concur.
