Pending in the above-docked matter is a Motion for Entry of Decision, filed April 1, 2024, by petitioner herein. Subsequently, on April 24, 2024, respondent filed a Notice of Objection to Motion for Entry of Decision, advising that additional time was needed to receive and review administrative materials and to ascertain the status of this case vis-a-vis any potential resolution.

More recently, on May 24, 2024, respondent filed a status report explaining that a resolution had been reached and that respondent withdrew the previous objection to entry of decision. Respondent additionally advised that a basis for settlement had been reached and requested additional time to obtain and file decision documents.

The premises considered, it is

ORDERED that, on or before July 29, 2024, either (1) respondent shall file with the Court a further status report or response to petitioner's motion, clarifying therein respondent's position as to the amount(s) to be included in any decision to be entered in the case and whether petitioner is in agreement with such amount, or, alternatively (2) the parties shall submit a stipulated decision resolving this case and incorporating, if applicable, appropriate language establishing petitioner's entitlement to any overpayment.
