In an action to recover a payment made under a contract for the purchase of real property, rescinded by plaintiffs because of alleged fraudulent representations by defendant in its inducement, and for title fees and other expenses in connection therewith, defendant appeals from a judgment of the City Court of Mount Vernon, after trial before the court without a jury, in plaintiffs' favor. Judgment unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion.
