This case is currently set for trial at the Court's November 28, 2022, New Orleans, Louisiana trial session. On October 27, 2022, respondent filed a Motion for Entry of Decision, advising that the liability determined in the notice of deficiency in this case has been paid in full. Respondent sent proposed stipulated decision documents to petitioner, but those documents have not been returned. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before November 17, 2022, petitioner shall file a response to respondent's Motion for Entry of Decision.

Petitioner is advised that failure to comply with the terms of this Order may result in the Court granting respondent's motion and entering an order and decision for respondent.
