The Board's findings of fact are binding so long as they are supported by substantial evidence of record. Bartholomew v. Unemployment Compensation Board of Review, 406 A.2d 253, 258 (Pa. Cmwlth. 1979). Here, the Board's findings are supported by substantial evidence.
Because the Board's findings are based on substantial evidence in the record, they are binding on this Court. Bartholomew v. Unemployment Compensation Board of Review, 46 Pa. Commw. 256, 406 A.2d 253 (1979). Moreover, we believe that the findings establish as a matter of law that the claimant's actions constituted a willful disregard of the standard of behavior which an employer has a right to expect and as such clearly justify a denial of benefits.
