Appeal from the decision of the defendant denying an application for a variance, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of New London, where the court, Hurley, J., granted the defendant's motion to dismiss and rendered judgment thereon; thereafter, the court, granted the plaintiffs' motion to open the judgment; subsequently, the matter was tried to the court; judgment dismissing the appeal, from which the plaintiffs, upon the granting of certification, appealed to this court. No error.
