Appellant has not paid the filing fee for the appeal nor has he paid for the clerk's record despite being warned that failure to do so would result in dismissal of the appeal. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal for want of prosecution. See TEX. R. APP. P. 37.3(b), 42.3(b).
