Opinion

Case No. 5D02-2010.

Opinion filed November 7, 2003.

Appeal from the Circuit Court for Seminole County, Debra S. Nelson, Judge.

Shannon McLin Carlyle and Gilbert S. Goshorn, Jr., of The Carlyle Appellate Law Firm, The Villages, for Appellant.

Janet L. Bartels, Casselberry, Pro Se.

Although we affirm this case in all respects, we do so without prejudice to the appellant to seek a modification in alimony on the sole issue of whether income should be imputed to the appellee, given the recent change in child custody agreed to by the parties and implemented by the trial court.

AFFIRMED.

SAWAYA, C.J., ORFINGER and MONACO, JJ., concur.
