This case for the redetermination of a deficiency is before the Court on respondent's motion for continuance, filed December 8, 2022, and heard on January 9, 2023, when the case was called from the calendar for trial during the New York, New York, trial session of the Court. The parties appeared and were heard.

Premises considered, and for cause set forth more fully in the transcript of the above-referenced proceedings, it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion is granted, and this case is continued with jurisdiction retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that unless a proposed stipulated decision is submitted sooner, on or before March 10, 2023, the parties, jointly or separately report in writing as to the status of the case.
