On April 18, 2024, the parties filed a proposed stipulated decision. Upon review of the proposed stipulated decision, the Court notes that respondent's counsel's mailing address, email address, and telephone number appear on the signature block which does not comply with Rule 23(a)(4), of the Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the parties proposed stipulated decision, filed April 18, 2024, is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that on or before May 15, 2024, the parties shall file a revised proposed stipulated decision in this case in compliance with our Rule 23(a)(4).
