This case was called at the Court's Atlanta, Georgia trial session on January 22, 2024. Based on representations of respondent that a basis of settlement had been reached, the Court continued trial of this matter, retained jurisdiction and ordered a decision or status to be filed on before February 21, 2024. On February 21, 2024, respondent filed a status report indicating that computations were received; however, 30 additional days were needed since the computations contained errors, which respondent's counsel was working to correct.
Accordingly, it is
ORDERED that on before March 29, 2024, the parties are to file either a decision or joint status report outlining the then current status of this case.
