ORDER

MAURICE B. FOLEY CHIEF JUDGE

By Order dated March 6, 2020, the Court directed petitioner to pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee (or submit an Application for Waiver of Filing Fee for consideration) on or before April 20, 2020. To date, petitioner has failed to comply with the Court's Order.

In view of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that the time within which petitioner shall pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee (or submit an Application for Waiver of Filing Fee for consideration) is extended to July 16, 2021. If the filing fee or an Application for Waiver of Filing Fee is not received by July 16, 2021, the Court may dismiss this case for lack of jurisdiction.
