On May 29, 2024, appellant filed a motion asking this court to order the trial-court clerk to send original trial exhibits-specifically, State's Exhibits 1-3-to this court. See Tex. R. App. P. 34.6(g)(2) ("On any party's motion or its own initiative, the appellate court may direct the trial court clerk to send it any original exhibit."). Appellant's motion indicates that the State does not oppose this request. We GRANT appellant's motion and ORDER the trial court clerk to send the original versions of State's Exhibit 1-3 to this court by June 28, 2024.
