BY ORDER OF THE COURT:

As the petitioner is asking the court to compel the State Attorney to provide copies of records, the petition for writ of mandamus is transferred to the Sixth Judicial Circuit Court for Pasco County. Cf. Zito v. State. 990 So. 2d 1257 (Fla. 2d DCA 2008).

The petitioner's motion to set hearing is denied.

The petitioner's motion for record is denied.
