We REINSTATE the appeal.
By order entered on August 17, 2022, the Court abated this appeal to allow the trial court to conduct a hearing and make findings regarding why appellant's brief has not been filed. The trial court conducted the hearing and has filed its findings. A transcript of the hearing has also been filed.
After reviewing the trial court's findings, we will, on our own motion, extend the time to file appellant's brief. We ORDER appellant to file his brief by September 30, 2022.
