IT IS ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Plaintiff John Barrett take nothing, that judgment on the merits be entered in favor of Defendants Nolan Greenup, Jose Rosales, and Peter Dupree, and that Defendants recover costs. DATED: July 31, 2015
