On November 8, 2022, respondent filed a Motion To Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution. Although the Court directed petitioner to file, an objection, if any, to respondent's motion to dismiss, petitioner failed to do so.

ORDERED that this case is assigned to Special Trial Judge Adam B. Landy solely for the purpose of disposing of respondent's above-referenced motion to dismiss.
