On January 19, 2024, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision (Index #22). Upon review of the parties' proposed stipulated decision, it appears that the parties attached both the decision and the settlement stipulation in one document. Thus, it is an improper filing because the Proposed Stipulated Decision and the Settlement Stipulation shall be filed separately. Accordingly, the Court will strike the proposed stipulated decision (Index #22) from the record. For cause, it is

ORDERED that the parties' Proposed Stipulated Decision (Index #22), filed January 19, 2024, is hereby stricken from the Court's record and shall not be viewable as part of this case.
