Quiana A. Barrett-Nevarez Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue Respondent

ORDER

Maurice B. Foley Chief Judge

On April 19, 2021, petitioner filed the petition. On July 29, 2021, petitioner filed a First Amendment to Petition. On August 12, 2021, respondent filed an Answer. On August 27, 2021, respondent filed an Answer to Amended Petition. However, further review indicates that respondent's Answer to Amended Petition appears to be more akin to an Answer to First Amendment to Petition.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Answer to Amended Petition, filed August 27, 2021, is recharacterized as respondent's Answer to First Amendment to Petition.
