On October 2, 2024, we abated this appeal to the trial court to clarify whether or not the order challenged on appeal was intended to be a final, appealable order. On December 1, 2024, the trial court signed an order indicating the order challenged on appeal was intended to be a final, appealable judgment. Accordingly, we ORDER the abatement of this appeal LIFTED.
Appellants' brief has been filed. Appellees' brief is due on or before January 6, 2025.
