Petitioner's notice to invoke discretionary jurisdiction seeking review of the decisions of the Second District Court of Appeal dated December 12, 2011, and January 19, 2012, was filed with this Court on February 23, 2012. It appearing to the Court that the notice was not timely filed, it is ordered that the cause is hereby dismissed on the Court's own motion, subject to reinstatement if timeliness is established on proper motion filed within fifteen days from the date of this order. SeeFla. R.App. P. 9.120.
