These cases were remanded to respondent's Appeals Office on February 1, 2023. As directed by the Court, the parties filed a joint Status Report on October 24, 2023, at docket entry # 39, requesting 60 days to file stipulated decision documents. The parties filed what appears to be a duplicate Status Report at docket entry #40. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that the joint Status Report filed at docket entry #40, is deemed stricken from the record. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before January 2, 2024, the parties shall submit stipulated decision documents or file further status reports regarding the then present status of these cases.
