Decided June 7, 1948.

A proceeding to enforce compliance by defendants with the provisions contained in a lease and option — under which plaintiff elected to exercise his option and purchase the realty involved — and to compel a conveyance of the property to him. The trial court entered a decree in favor of plaintiff in accordance with the prayer of his complaint.

Error to the District Court of Garfield County, Hon. John R. Clark, Judge.
