District Court of Appeal of Florida, Third District
Feb 16, 1982
409 So. 2d 1173 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1982)

Opinion

No. 81-1537.

February 16, 1982.

Appeal from Circuit Court, Dade County; John Gale, Judge.

Roberto Aristides Baro, in pro. per.

Spear Hoffman and L. Joseph Hoffman, Miami, for appellee.

Before BASKIN, DANIEL S. PEARSON and JORGENSON, JJ.

We affirm the order under review which, inter alia, required the appellant to pay an arrearage at the rate of $100 per month, without prejudice, of course, to the appellant's right to apply to the trial court for relief from the order based on his asserted current financial inability to comply with its terms.

Affirmed.
