Barnett v. Slaughter

District Court of Appeal of Florida, First District
May 22, 1990
561 So. 2d 464 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1990)

Opinion

No. 89-553.

May 22, 1990.

Appeal from the Circuit Court for Duval County; Bill Parsons, Judge.

Willie J. Barnett, Lawtey, pro se.

No appearance for appellees.

This is a timely appeal from a reviewable non-final order dismissing appellant's complaint without prejudice for failure to prosecute. Only Prisoner Transport Service, Inc. was a party defendant in the proceedings below. Consequently, the appeal is dismissed as to all appellees other than Prisoner Transport Services, Inc. After careful review, we AFFIRM the trial court's order.

ZEHMER, MINER and ALLEN, JJ., concur.
