Appeal from the Iowa District Court for Polk County, Douglas F. Staskall, Judge.

Thomas Barnett appeals from the denial of his petition for judicial review in which he challenged the constitutionality of the six-month statute of limitations provided in Iowa Code section 235A.19(2)(a) (2005). AFFIRMED.

Thomas Barnett appeals from the denial of his petition for judicial review in which he challenged the constitutionality of the six-month statute of limitations provided in Iowa Code section 235A.19(2)(a) (2005).
