ORDER

Alina I. Marshall Judge.

On December 22, 2021, respondent filed a motion for extension of time, in which respondent requests that the Court extend the time within which the parties are to conduct a supplemental collection due process hearing and to file a status report with the Court. In that motion, respondent indicates that petitioner does not object to the granting of respondent's motion for extension of time.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion for extension of time filed December 22, 2021, is granted and the time within which the parties shall conduct a supplemental collection due process hearing is extended to and including February 22, 2022, and the time within which the parties shall file a status report with the Court is extended to and including March 24, 2022.
