ANNETTE MARIE BARNETT v. GEORGE HENRY-THOMAS BARNETT

LC No. 2018-003920-DM

ORDER

Elizabeth L. Gleicher, Chief Judge, acting under MCR 7.203(F)(1), orders:

The motion to waive fees is GRANTED for this case only.

The claim of appeal is DISMISSED for lack of jurisdiction because the January 12, 2022, order appealed from is not a final order as defined in MCR 7.202(6). MCR 7.203(A)(1). The post-judgment order for satisfaction of judgment does not meet the definition of final order under any of the provisions of MCR 7.202(6)(a). Dismissal is without prejudice to the filing of an application for leave to appeal under MCR 7.205(A)(4), provided such a filing meets all requirements under the court rules and is not time-barred.
