Appellant having moved, pursuant to CPLR 5520 (c), for an order deeming the appeal taken herein from a judgment of Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Onondaga on October 19, 2016, to be from each and every part of the judgment, and for other relief,
