Clifford Barnes timely appeals from his adjudication of guilt for possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and resulting sentence of forty-two months incarceration. We affirm without prejudice as to Barnes' filing any appropriate post-conviction motions directed to his guidelines scoresheet and/or the assessment of public defender's fees.

AFFIRMED.
