PRESENT:

Appellant having moved for a waiver of the requirements of 22 NYCRR 1250.7 [g], and for other relief, on the appeal taken herein from a judgment of the Court of Claims entered February 8, 2019,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is dismissed on the ground that the appeal was previously dismissed when it was not perfected on or before February 14, 2020, pursuant to the order of this Court entered January 6, 2020.
