Order affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements, without prejudice to an application to Special Term, if the receiver hereafter gets possession, for an increased bond by the receiver. No opinion. Jenks, P.J., Carr, Rich, Stapleton and Putnam, JJ., concurred.
