Maurice B. Foley Chief Judge

On September 27, 2021, petitioners filed their petition in this case. Although petitioners filled out and signed their Petition, their signatures are no longer visible because they were apparently obliterated through the irradiation process. Accordingly, the Court will direct petitioners to file a Ratification of Petition signed by petitioners, preferably using an ink pen that is resistant to irradiation.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before December 14, 2021, petitioners shall file with the Court in paper form (not electronic) a Ratification of Petition bearing the original signatures (not a photocopy), preferably using an ink pen that is resistant to irradiation.
