On February 22, 2022, Steve Lazzaro electronically filed a Notice of Election to Participate. However, when filing the motion, Mr. Lazzaro filed the Notice as if he were petitioner. Partners seeking to file a Notice of Election to Participate may not electronically file the Notice as if they were a party that has eAccess to the case.
