Joshua M. Barklow Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue Respondent

ORDER

Albert G. Lauber, Judge

On October 25, 2021, petitioner and respondent filed separate status reports in this case. We will direct the parties to file another status report. If that status report indicates that there has been no progress toward resolution of the case, the Court expects to set it for remote trial during the February 7, 2022, Denver, Colorado, trial session, at which the undersigned will be presiding. In consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that the parties shall file with the Court, on or before November 24, 2021, a status report (jointly if possible, otherwise separately) detailing the then-present status of the case.
